At the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks, they offer all of the amenities of Philadelphia—proximity to downtown, access to public transit, world-class entertainment and lodging options—with none of the inflated costs, insufficient parking, and overcrowded space. The facility is one of the largest on the east coast, with up to 240,000 square feet of uninterrupted exhibition space on a single floor. With their imaginative professional decorating partners and flexible floorplan, the possibilities for each event are endless.

The facilities include 22′-44′ high ceilings, Five distinct exhibit halls, 9 breakout meeting rooms and a load-in bay with eight 14’x14′ drive-in loading dock doors.

TRANSPORTATION

GPEC is perfectly situated in the immediate suburbs of Philadelphia, a convenient driving distance from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware locations, as well as a slightly longer but viable trip from the New York and Washington, DC metropolitan areas. It is accessible by major highways and by public transit, with ample on-site parking and myriad options for entertainment, shopping, lodging, and culture nearby.

CAR

The venue is located at 100 Station Avenue, Oaks, PA 19456. However, unfortunately many GPS and mobile apps cannot seem to find the Expo Center by this address. If your GPS is not able to find the venue with this address, please use: 1601 Egypt Road Phoenixville, PA 19460 (Upper Providence Township). This will take you to the Oaks Deli and Pizzeria, from which you can follow signs to the Expo Center.

From Rt. 76 (Schuylkill Expressway)

  • Follow Rt. 76 west to King of Prussia
  • Exit to Rt. 202 South (West Chester)
  • Stay in right lane for Rt. 422 West (Pottstown)
  • Exit Rt. 422 at Oaks, left onto Egypt Road
  • Left at Station Ave. (3rd light)
  • Follow signs for the Expo Center

From PA Turnpike

  • Exit at Valley Forge and stay to the right
  • Exit Rt. 202 South (West Chester)
  • Stay in right lane for Rt. 422 West (Pottstown)

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

  • SEPTA bus line 99 stops in the Expo parking lot. To plan your trip please visit the SEPTA website.
  • If you will be taking Amtrak into Philadelphia, the main hub will be Amtrak 30th Street Station in Center City. From 30th Street, there are three main ways to get to Expo:
    • You can take the Manayunk/Norristown Train to the Norristown Transportation Center, and pick up the 99 bus from there.
    • You can take the 124 or 125 buses to where they intersect the 99 bus route and transfer (check the SEPTA Trip Planner or Google Maps Directions for details).
    • Take a taxi. While we cannot provide estimates of cost, the trip will be roughly 25 miles and should last around 35 minutes.
