Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island is an interim facility purpose built at Glebe Island to house large trade and consumer shows during the development of the new International Convention Centre Sydney at Darling Harbour. If your event is taking place in 2017 and beyond, please direct your attention to the International Convention Centre Sydney (opening December 2016).

The Exhibition Centre building is a 20,000m² structure constructed on a concrete slab the size of five football fields. Built to take full advantage of its commanding waterfront position, the Centre brings quintessential Sydney to any event. No other venue boasts vantage views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as the striking Anzac Bridge. Under Sydney’s sparkling blue skies, all manner of harbour vessels bustle about – from voyage ocean liners to floating function rooms, kayaks, tugs and service boats. Step inside and you’ll see natural light permeating throughout four expansive halls, with seemingly unrestricted floor space providing excellent sight lines. Access and adaptability make the Exhibition Centre the ideal space for a range of configurations, from exhibition hall to gala dinner to catwalk. The opportunity for an extraordinary event in a standout location awaits you here.
